We currently deliver all orders across Pakistan.
2. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 is applied to all orders, regardless of order size or location.

Delivery times may vary depending on your city, courier service, and external conditions such as holidays or weather delays.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We support Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.
6. Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occur due to courier issues or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
7. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned or canceled. Re-shipping charges may apply.
